Some times you really want to have a spa day, but spa's are way to expensive. But what you can do is have a spa day at home. I have some great ways to make a homemade facial masks.
Avocado Facial Mask:
Avocados are not only good for eating; they make great facial masks because they're full of skin moisturizing vitamins like B and E. To make the avocado facial mask, mash a small, peeled avocado until it's creamy. Mix in 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Gently massage the avocado mixture on your face. Let the avocado facial sit on your skin for 20 minutes. Use a damp cloth to wipe the mask off of your face and then follow with a warm water rinse to remove any residue.
You can also have other things too.
Spa Treatment. One of the easiest home spa treatments is a body scrub and hot bath. This would be a good thing to do in the afternoon. Take time to rest afterwards. You can also give yourself a home facial, or do your nails.
You really need to take time off and relax.

Love the Avocado face mask. I have sensitive skin, so I can only use natural products. I will have to try this out! :)
